Our MC2 credit card form is now a link which will take you to a secure area to fill out form and attach your orders. Once you submit, it will go to my folder in docusign.
For MC² Services, you have the option of ordering through our online store or by placing orders through our pdf forms. All of the order forms are interactive so you can save to your desktop, combine into one pdf, fill out, send via email to aphillips@mc-2.com or fax to 770-745-4267. Shipping Information for the advance warehouse and direct to the Savannah Convention Center can be found under the MC² Services tab and labeled “Shipping Information”.
