NOTE FROM CCA GLOBAL PARTNERS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
In order to be as financially responsible as possible we are asking the information you provide on the Exhibitor Registration form be as accurate as possible. We know there will always be some on-site changes although we would like to keep them to a minimum. We have several reasons that the names you provide us as close to final as possible.
First of all, we are placing orders with the Gaylord Rockies for Food and Beverage based on the number of names provided by the Exhibitor Registrations and Member Attendees. The better the information we have the better we can plan for this expense.
Second, this year all attendees will be required to show Identification in order to pick up their preprinted Exhibitor Badge. The goal is to limit the people on the Trade Show floor to verifiable vendors, protecting everyone’s business opportunities. Also this will reduce the number of unused badges we prepare.
